After years of restraint in traditional education settings, Ms.Trixie looks into possibilities to change the status quo. Her talk examines the detriments in sticking to conventions in teaching, and posted the challenge to turn stern ways into compassionate acts to help learners.
Ms. Trixie Sison has touched the lives of quite a number of children as a preschool teacher and school administrator, an experience that inspires her to continuously work on projects that would educate the young, who would one day be contributors to the society. She has helped in legislating laws in early childhood education as a consultant and has also worked on training public school teachers. Currently, she is serving as the head of Miriam College's Education Department.
