Mohammed El-Kurd is - like all Palestinians - a product of his environment.
He’s been an advocate for Palestinians since he was a child. Seeing Israeli settlers forcibly take over half of your family home - when you’re just 11 years old - will have that effect.
And Kurd has built a big following online not just because of what he says but how he says it. He refuses to temper his language, to make it respectable. He refuses to play the role of what he calls a ‘perfect victim’; head bowed, suffering politely.
