The traditional Taiwanese breakfast foods of Fan Tuan 糍飯糰 (Sticky Rice Roll) and Dan Bing 蛋餅 (Egg Crepe) are extremely rare to find in local NYC restaurants. I manage to track down a restaurant in Manhattan's East Village to get my Taiwanese breakfast fix after 11 months.
