Wildwoodians, today on the menu we have a delicious take on the classic 000-28 recipe from the master chefs in the Martin Custom Shop kitchen. It has the classic Sitka spruce top for optimum balance and brightness, and that Sitka top makes beautiful music with the Ziricote back and sides. Obviously, Ziricote is quite visually striking, but it also produces a wondrous tone with lush, sparkling highs and deep, piano-like bass response. It has lush natural reverberant qualities, but it does not sacrifice clarity for robust tone. If you're looking for a 000-28 that can lower the boom and provide an extra dose of oomph, this guitar will handle the job with aplomb.
