2 coaches of the Jammu Tawi - Guwahati Amarnath Express were set on fire this morning in Bihar. Police had to use force to disperse the crowd that vandalised a train in Ballia. Protesters raised slogans against the government's new recruitment scheme for the Armed Forces. After at least 2 days of protests, the government increased the age limit from 21 years to 23 years for the first year of recruitment. But that does not seem to have quelled angry protesters.
