Let’s make scrambled eggs with veggies and cheese. It's great for breakfast, but I often make it for dinner. The ingredients are simple. The taste is awesome! You’ll need: an onion, a green pepper, grape tomatoes, spinach, pepper jack cheese, 4 eggs, olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano and paprika. First chop the onion and the green pepper. Then scramble some eggs. Next, pour some olive oil into a pan. Set the burner to medium. Next, put the onions, green peppers and some grape tomatoes into the pan. Then add the spices: salt, pepper, oregano and some paprika. Give everything a good stir and then put a lid on the pan. A few minutes later, add some spinach. Give everything another good stir and put the lid back on. After another few minutes, pour in your eggs and stir. Then top it with the cheese. Put the lid back on to melt the cheese and soon after, you’ll end up with a delicious concoction. Plate and enjoy! You can thank me now or later!
