University of Huddersfield Brass Band performs All Night Long (Lionel Ritchie arr. Leigh Baker) at UniBrass 2019. The band came 3rd in the UniBrass Trophy.

The University of Huddersfield Brass Band is made up of 36 members, most of which are first-study brass students. The band rehearse on Wednesday evenings with their Musical Director Phillip McCann, in preparation for regular concerts. UniBrass is now a staple part of the band’s calendar, with the students looking forward to organising and planning this annual trip. Led again by Jonathan Beatty for the contest, the band is working extremely hard to ensure the best performance they can achieve.

UniBrass 2019 was hosted by Bangor University Brass Band. In 2020, the contest will be returning to Bangor University and will be celebrating its 10th anniversary.
