Steps:
1. Using a 217 Brush, apply Eye Shadow in Outre, from the Semi-Sweet Times Nine palette, in circular motions across the eyelids.
2. With the same brush and colour, sweep under the eye.
3. For a smoky effect, apply Eye Shadow in Persuade from the same palette along the upper lash line, blending upwards with the 217 Brush.
4. Apply InstaCurl Lash to the upper and lower lashes.
5. Line the lower waterline with Eye Kohl in Costa Riche, filling in-between the lashes for more intensity.
6. Apply Prep + Prime Lip.
7. Apply Retro Matte Liquid Lipcolour in Chocotease to the outer edges of the lips, then blend inwards with a 217 Brush before it dries.
8. Tidy up the lip line using a 316 Brush.
9. Using your fingers, dab a small amount of Retro Matte Liquid Lipcolour in Burnt Spice to the centre of the lips, and softly diffuse out with a 217 Brush for an ombré effect.
