I have owned both an Electric Pressure Washer and a Gas Pressure Washer and wanted to share my experience with which one is better.

With Electric, you have a cord and hose that you must bring around with you, whereas the Gas is only the hose. It is much easier and less stressful to have only the hose!
However, you do need to fuel the Gas Powered washer of course.
The Gas pressure washers are typically in the 3100-3700 PSI range, where as electric will be below 2200.
Ultimately the 50% extra power is important for patios, washing concrete, but not a big deal when washing cars, as you don't want too much power and will use a wider spray angle.
In my experience the Stanley 2150 lasted a year and no longer would turn on. I researched all trouble shooting, and there was no solution.
Electric power washers are in the $150-300 range, whereas the gas are in the $300-600 range (for home standard use, of course there are commercial that are much more).
I bought my gas powered washer for $250 ( 5 month old gently used!) instead of the full retail of $440.
Likely, I will use it for the summer, then sell it for what I paid.
