Prof. Paul D. Hannon has 30 years experience as a successful creator and innovator of local support initiatives for enterprise and entrepreneurship stimulation in the private and public sectors. In 2013 Paul took up a new role at Swansea University where he is the Director of the Institute for Entrepreneurial Leadership and Director of LEAD Wales that is supporting leadership development and growth in 100's of Welsh SMEs.
