Customer brought this I. O. INC Ak seeking repair. The receiver had bad or zero heat treatment causing it to self destruct through the rear trunnion. The trunnion apparently launched so far that he could not find it in the dark. It could have seriously hurt him. Follow up if what we will do with this gun is soon to come.
