It took me daaays to put this all together along with the testing, but the build is here! And I'm pretty sure it's the BEST Netrunning build that you can possibly get for Cyberpunk - enjoy!

Additional info:
- for the CLOTHING bonuses - Netrunner visor for face slot, balaclava for head slot and any vest with armor on outerwear
- when UPGRADING CYBERWARE you can put a perk point into chipware conessieur in the tech tree to get more variations of passives on the upgraded version. I recommend focusing on ram regeneration and quickhack dmg. Then remember to put the perk point back where it was.
- RELIC TREE talents - I recommend getting what benefits your playstyle the most first. but points are ez to get so just search for the militech computers.
