'Champagne' is a nice example of a highly successful Oceanis 45 from Beneteau France, of which over 700 were sold world wide. Whatever angle you view her from, the Oceanis 45 is a beautiful, modern sailing yacht.
We thoroughly enjoyed her superb sailing performance on our photo shoot, single handed sailing was a breeze thanks to the ergonomic deck layout and electric halyard winch. She combines fast sailing and blue water performance with one of the best cockpits you'll find on any 45 footer along with a brilliant 3 cabin 2 head interior. Long cruises, twilight races or time at anchor onboard 'Champagne' are a pleasure.
The cockpit is spacious with twin steering wheels allowing easy access forward around the large, teak sided, deluxe cockpit table. The full width drop down electric transom extends the usable area of the boat by two feet and makes swimming and tender boarding very simple. When closed the transom locks in the cockpit for blue water sailing safety and provides a full aft transom seat to enjoy.
Whilst her original dacron sails push her along well, there is a set of carbon race sails when the competitor comes out in you. Her new covers keep her on trend and protected with full drop down sides to block the wind and sun when you need it.
Other notable inventory items include lithium batteries, 3 x 100 watt flexible solar panels with Victron smart regulator fitted in 2023,3000 watt Victron inverter fitted in 2023,), electric heads with holding tanks, current Category 5 safety gear, cabin fans, flat screen TV's in saloon and owners cabin, Fusion stereo with saloon and cockpit speakers, Simrad instrumentation with plotter and pilot, bow thruster, Highfield Ultra light 2.6m tender and 4.5HP Mercury two stroke outboard.
'Champagne' has been recently antifouled, serviced and based on her owners purchasing a larger yacht, is ready for new owners to step on and enjoy this Australian summer.
