Add sour cream to the flour and all your friends will ask for this recipe! So fluffy and delicious
Ingredients:
180g sour cream
60ml milk
1 egg
Mix well
300g all-purpose or bread flour
Sift the flour
25g white sugar
3g instant yeast
3g salt
Mix well
Pour the batter into the flour
Mix well
28g softened unsalted butter
Knead the dough
A bit of oil
Transfer the dough to the bowl with oil
Cover and rise until double-size
After resting
Deflate the air bubbles
Transfer to a work surface
Shape the dough
Sprinkle some flour
Divide the dough into 9 parts
Shape each piece into a ball
Repeat
Cover and rest for 15 minutes
Flatten the piece of dough and reshape it into a ball
Place in a baking pan lined with parchment paper
Repeat with all the pieces of dough
Cover and rise until double-size
Brush milk
Bake for 20 minutes at 375F/190C
After baking
Place on a rack to cool
Unsalted butter (optional)
The bread is so fluffy!
