Hey Everybody! It's Pete from HTGSupply, and today I am comparing the UV-B meter readings of the AgroMax Pure UV and the Hortilux PowerVeg T5.
UV light occurs naturally in Sunlight all over the earth. However, UV light is almost entirely missing from most indoor gardens. Nearly every commercially available High Pressure Sodium (HPS) and Metal Halide (MH) lamp is constructed with UV blocking glass, therefore – little to no UV radiation will be provided - and LED technology has not been able to produce UV-B light at any energetic level.
