Learn with me the Quickest & Easiest way of making tasty Chicken Tahari or Chicken Pulao with just minimal ingredients.
REQUIRED MAIN INGREDIENT

1.Leftover Chicken Curry - Any type of curry, it can be
Chicken Masala
Chicken Tikka Masala
Chicken Korma
Chicken Butter Masala
And many more
2.Soak Basmati rice(you can use any type of rice) - 4 glasses, but you can use
rice depending upon the quantity of chicken gravy.
2.In a pan heat clarified butter - 2 tablespoon
3.To it add spices
Cloves - 4
Cardamom - 2
Cinnamon - 1
Caraway seeds or cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
4.Add sliced onion - 1 medium sized fry till golden brown
5.Add ginger garlic paste - 2 tablespoon
6.Add the leftover chicken gravy.
7.Now add water as required..in this video recipe I have taken 4 glasses of rice so
I will add 4 + 4 + 1 = 9 glasses of water.
A.FOR 3 glasses of rice water reuired is
3 + 3 + 1 = 7 glasses of water
B.FOR 2 glasses of rice water required is
2 + 2 + 1 = 5 glasses of water
C.FOR 1 glass of rice water required is
1 + 1 + 1/2 = 2 1/2 glasses of water
7.To this water add few mint and coriander leaves, 4 to 5 green chillies
Salt - 3 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
MIX IT WELL AND LET THE WATER BOIL
8.Now add the soaked rice and cook till water dries, then lower the flame and cook under
dum for 15 minutes.
9.Tasty INSTANT CHICKEN PULAO OR CHICKEN TAHARI IS READY.
