Eggless and Butter Free Vanilla Cupcakes | Vegan Cupcake Recipe

These soft vanilla cupcakes have so much moisture in them! Their ease of making does not let you slave away in the kitchen. They use such simple ingredients that you likely already have in your pantry too. You can top with your favorite frosting or eat them plain; these vanilla cupcakes really are a dream – especially for vegans!
You’ll need:
• 1 ½ cup all-purpose flour (spooned & leveled)
• 3/4 cup white sugar
• 1 tbsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 3/4 cup lukewarm water
• 1 tbsp vanilla extract (preferably Madagascar vanilla extract)
Makes 12 delicious cupcakes
:: HELPFUL HINTS ::
*Measure your flour correctly (spoon & level method). Adding too much flour will result to dry and crumbly cake when baked. Fluff your flour with a spoon, spooned it into your measuring cup, and use the back of the knife to level it off.
*Let the cake rest in the baking pan for 3-5 minutes. Transfer to wire rack to finish cooling completely.
*Let your cupcake cool completely before adding the frosting. Warm cupcake results to soaking your cake with melted frosting.
* Do not over bake the cupcakes as they will result to dry and crumbly texture.
