Pencak Silat athlete Francine Padios won the Philippines’ first gold medal in the 31st Southeast Asian Games in Vietnam. She dedicated her win to her father who had fallen into a coma from a car accident in December. She plans to use her P300,000 incentive to pay for hospital bills.
