There is a quest bug for the main quest "A Minor Incident" in Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl. If you don't have an Electronic Collar in your inventory when you speak to Richter, this progress/gamebreaking bug will appear. I show in this video how to fix this bug and locations for Electric Collars.
