All of us feel down at some point.
Given the last year and a half I'd guess the frequency of our downtime has been increasing for many of us.
Doing things that are totally different and new have an interesting way of stimulating us and raising our vibrations. 💯
In the words of Dr Emrah Düzel, what's really happening here is “When we see something new, we see it has a potential for rewarding us in some way. This potential that lies in new things motivates us to explore our environments for rewards. The brain learns that the stimulus, once familiar, has no reward associated with it and so it loses its potential. For this reason, only completely new objects activate the mid-brain area and increase our levels of dopamine.”
Let's all try something different and see what effect it has on us. I know it's always been positive for me 🙏
