1976 BMW R60/6 52000 miles. Really nice looking and running original bike. I bought this bike from an estate. It had been sitting several years so I did a few things to it. Here is the list;
Cleaned gas tank
Rebuilt carburetors
Complete oil service
Points, condenser and plugs
Retorque heads and adjust valves
New diode board
New steering head bearings
New Continental tires W/Michelin tubes
Repack wheel bearings
Lube drive spline
New battery
I’ve put about 200 miles on the bike and it runs great. The only issue I see is, the turn signal indicator on the dash glows when bike is running. Everything else is in excellent working order.
