The MotionCell is our modular turnkey system platform. This example shows a Fanuc LR Mate with a transducer screwdriver from Atlas Copco along with a barcode reader and camera for visual inspection. This project is semi-automated and requires an operator to load the different parts of the final product. A single operator can tend 4 of these machines in a row without any down time. Safety light curtains keep the operator safe and dual button presses trigger the next step in the fastening sequence after loading the next part.
