My idea for achieving the Millennium Goal of Gender Equality is teaching technical skills to young women alongside with providing life skills training, favouring a group based approach, linking the women to potential employers, and supporting them throughout the program and during the job placement. Possible funding options for the project include the Global Fund for Women, Corporate Social Responsibility money from partner IT companies, and for projects in Europe funding from the European Union, or Erasmus+.
