Here it's granadmas recipe for mole de olla, i hope you enjoy it!!!
Ingredients: For 6 servings
4 pieces of shank cross cut or 2 lb (900 g) chuck steak
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
1 bunch of epazote or cilantro
5 guajillo chiles or california
3 corn in the cob
2 potatoes
2 or 3 carrots
1 lb green beans
Salt to taste
Limes and tortillas to serve it
