An enticing blend of synth-pop hooks and crisp electronic beats, Sweden's Little Dragon features the radiant vocals of Swedish-Japanese singer Yukimi Nagano, a mainstay of the European downtempo scene. She is joined by keyboardist Hakan Wirenstrand, bassist Fredrik Kallgren Wallin, and drummer Erik Bodin (who is also the percussionist for Swedish alt-folkie José González .) After opening for Gorillaz this fall, Little Dragon is poised to have a pivotal break-through year.
