Ingredients Quantity
Oil 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Garlic chopped 1 tsp
Ginger chopped 1 tsp
Green chilli chopped 1 tsp
Onion chopped 1 no
Tomato chopped 1 no
Salt to taste
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Red chilli powder ½ tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Water as required
Paneer 250 gram
Tomato ketchup 1 ½ tbsp
Red chilli sauce 1 ½ tbsp
Bell pepper chopped ¼ cup
Coriander chopped ¼ cup
Water as required
Coriander chopped for garnish
Method :-
1. Place a tawa on medium flame and heat oil.
2. Add cumin seeds, chopped garlic, chopped ginger and chopped green chilli saute for a minute.
3. Now add chopped onion, chopped tomato and salt mix well cook until they soften.
4. Add coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder and chaat masala. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes until the spices are fragrant and well cooked.
5. Add some water to the mixture and cook well.
6. Take paneer and cut it into small pieces.
7. Now and tomato ketchup and red chilli sauce sauté for another 1-2 minutes.
8. Add cubed paneer, chopped bell peppers and chopped coriander to the mixture.
9. Mix everything well so the paneer is coated with the spices.
10. Side out in a serving plate and garnish with chopped coriander.
11. Enjoy your Tawa Paneer with naan, roti, or paratha.
