Talk's Peter Cardwell is joined by writer and commentator Momus Najimi who left Islam over a decade ago and gives his opinions in sharia courts.
Sharia courts are legal systems that operate on Islamic law, they are not part of UK law but rather operate as informal bodies on religious ruling.
Momus says when it comes to sharia law "we need some sort of governance that favours people in this country" and "liberalism has gone to far."
