Quick & Easy 2 Potato Curries in just 10 minutes in ( Instant Pot )
Aloo Matar / Potato & Peas Curry in Instant Pot
Recipe
Ingredients :
1. Potatoes - 3 Large Size - Cut into cubes
2. Frozen Peas - 1 cup
3. Onion - 1 Large size - cut into small pieces
4. Green Chillies - 3 ( slit )
5. Tomato - 3 ( medium size ) - chop into small pieces
6. Ginger garlic paste - 1 Tablespoon
7. Oil - 2 Tablespoons
8. Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
9. Kashmiri Chili Powder - 1 & 1/2 teaspoon
10. Coriander Powder - 1 teaspoon
11. Garam Masala Powder ( or ) Biryani Masala Powder - 1/4 teaspoon
12. Kasoori Methi - 1 teaspoon
13. Cumin Seeds - 1 teaspoon
14. Salt
15. Water - 1 cup
16. Coriander Leaves
Procedure :
On Saute ,
1. Add Oil , when oil is hot , add cumin seeds then,
2. Add Onion, - Saute till onions are light brown
3. Add Ginger garlic paste - Saute just for 10 seconds
4. Add Tomato pieces - cook till tomatoes are soft ( takes 3 minutes )
5. Add Green chillies ,
6. Turmeric powder , Coriander powder , Kashmiri Chili Powder , Kasoori methi , Biryani masala powder ,Salt
7. Mix Well
8. Add Potato Cubes , Frozen Green Peas,
9. Water ( enough water to cover all the potatoes )
10. Cancel Saute
11. Close the lid and seal the vent
12. Set Time : Manual - 4 minutes
Pressure - HIGH
Release - Quick Release
Serve with Rice or Roti

Capsicum Potato Curry in Instant Pot
Recipe :
Ingredients:
Onion - 1 ( medium size) finely chop
Tomato - 1 ( medium size) finely chop
Potato - 1 ( large) - cut into small pieces
Capsicum - 1 ( large ) - cut into 1 inch pieces
Cumin Seeds - 1 Teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste - 1 Teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/4 Teaspoon
Chili powder- 1 & 1/2 Teaspoon ( kashmiri chili powder )
Coriander powder - 1 Teaspoon
Kasuri Methi - 1 Teaspoon (optional)
Coriander leaves - few
Procedure:
On Saute ,
Add : Oil - 2 Tablespoons, Cumin Seeds ,Onions - Saute onions till light brown color
now Add Ginger garlic paste ,Tomatoes - cook tomatoes for 2 minutes
Now add ,Turmeric Powder ,Coriander Powder,Chilli Powder
Mix Well
Add :Potatoes,Capsicum,Water - 1 cup Mix Well
Cancel Saute
Close the lid and seal the vent
Manual - 3 minutes (or) Pressure cook - 3 minutes
Pressure - HIGH
Release - Quick Release
when pressure is released then , Open the lid and
Add :Kasuri Methi , Coriander leaves.
Tip :- If the curry is more watery , then on saute cook till water evaporates.
