This is the best Resolution I can get during playback, sorrie for the bad quality video.

I have tried programs like bandicam/OBS, they both work but renders the game performance prettie bad.

GPU Frequency:

1455mhz-1490mhz/8150+

What it seems the causing of the speeds bouncing back and forth, from closer observation during this performance benchmark, heat from the gpu was causing the speeds bouncing back and forth, temps on both gpu's were well under 60c.

There is some slight bouncing back and forth on the gpu speed during this benchmark from 1455mhz range to 1490mhz, probably due to throttling, but in some of my videos, that situation has been fixed through modding the bios, please check my other videos.

Keep also in mind that, since this a recorded video, some performance was loss during the record, so end results will yield little better results.
