Kawasaki Vulcan 900 stage 1 debaffle. I took the cover off the tip of the pipes, cut the inner pipe back as close to the rear baffle as I could and drilled 6 holes in the rear baffle with a big old drill bit, not sure how big, probably about 3/4 inch. It sounds throatier and deeper for sure. it took about an hour and a half or two hours all together. I cut the inner pipe with a saws-all then after I had cut it off I cut it farther back with a dremel with a cutting wheel on the end. I would definitely recommend it. and for all of you who are about to ask me if I felt any loss of power, no I didn't. It feels great. If there is any difference in torque or horsepower, its not noticeable. but the sound is absolutely 100% better and it makes me smile haha.
