3 lb boneless turkey breast
herb butter:
1 stick butter
approximately 1 tbsp each FRESH Parsley, Rosemary, Thyme. (there will be a difference if you add dried herbs)
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Approximately 3 to 4 carrots, celery, onion. (for adding flavor to drippings and extra side dish)
Add some olive oil to veggies along with approximately 1 tbsp each FRESH Parsley, Rosemary, Thyme. Approximately 1/4 to 1/2 tsp salt and black pepper.
Gravy:
In a saucepan add, 1 3/4 cups of turkey drippings, along with the gravy packet that comes with the turkey breast. Bring to a boil.
For thicker gravy, add a slurry of 2 tbsp flour mixed with 3 tbsp water. Mix the flour and water together in a separate bowl, then add to the gravy.
