From the Site Editor, go to Uploads.
Then click "+ Upload" in the upper right-hand corner underneath your name.
From the "Upload Assets" screen, click "Choose a file"
Select your file from its designated folder in the popup window.
Add a description to differentiate your files.
Set "View Permissions" to "Public File"
Click Submit
You will be returned to the "Uploads/Assets" page. From there, select "Public Link" where your file is located on the list.
Copy the public link from the address bar that appears in the new tab/window.
Go back to the Site Editor.
Select "New Blog Post"
Click on "Insert"
Select "Image" From the dropdown list
Paste the copied address.
Set the first box next to "Dimensions" to "500"
Note - please be sure to keep the "Constrain Proportions" box is checked.
Click away so the update takes effect.
Click Okay.
The image has now been added to your blog post and will appear as your feature image.
