One of the most underrated exercises:
Push ups are often seen as an exercise for beginners.
Yet I learned in prison that they’re a super-exercise if you do them right.
If you do a ton of push ups, or regularly practice the more difficult variations like ring or one armed push ups - and you’ll see some amazing gains.
A chiseled chest, improved bench press and surprisingly - even bigger biceps.
To name just a few.
No matter how advanced you are, don’t sleep on pull ups.
