I bought the bracelet on 8/8/22, and pictures /video on 8/12/22 already showed that the diamond was missing already. Luckily, I still have pictures and video to show as proof. I’m glad Cartier resolved my issue in a timely manner.

Just FYI: the clearer picture and video of the missing diamond were taken after I found out the diamond is missing. You can go back to my older video and zoom in the closer view.
