The TSW 2140 E is a single-axle low-bed universal spreader with a permissible gross weight of 14 metric tonnes. It is equipped with a self-supporting, conical all-steel container and a rugged, low-maintenance drive. Thanks to its design, it has a high payload and is easy to clean. The wide box shape without inclined surfaces virtually eliminates deposits or trapping of material in the body.
The 1.8 m wide, universal tiller unit with two horizontal tilling rollers and a passage height of 1.4 metres is ideally suited for high throughput rates and ideal spreading of all materials (stable manure, compost, limestone, etc.) in combination with the disk spreader unit.
The optional weighing system enables precise control of the loaded mass and, in combination with ISOBUS, provides the basis for precision spread rate control (VRC).
With its standard high, narrow tyres VF 480/95 R50 and the correctly set tyre pressure, the spreader has a larger contact area than wider wheels with lower rim diameter. This allows it to be drawn with low ground disturbance and low traction forces.
