Whatever you want to call it, the Conveggtor, plate setter or deflector, it is a very important part of cooking in a Big Green Egg and should not be overlooked. The conveggtor is the heat deflector that is primarily used for indirect cooking in the BGE. There are many different uses for it and in today’s video, Captain Ron takes you through each way to use it and everything else you ever wanted (or didn’t want) to know about it.
