All eyes are on Finance Minister P Chidambaram as he will present the fifth and last budget of the UPA government in the next few hours from now. The Harvard-trained minister will have to walk on a tightrope, as he has to spur growth and keep inflation in check. But economists say the challenges are growing with growth being the slowest in the last quarter in the past 2 years.
