In this 18 minute yin yoga sequence we are liberating our bodies from stress & anxiety. You can take this class at any point during your (work) day to have a break and touch base again with your inner strength.
Starting off in child's pose we are grounding down as we turn inwards. After child's pose we are moving into supported fish pose to open up our chest and shoulders, shining out and releasing our heart energy ♡
We're closing the class with a seated twist, working on our spinal movement and removing any build up toxins from our digestive system, sending fresh blood flow to our stomach organs. You are free to come into Savasana afterwards when you'll have the time.
