जेडीयू के पूर्व राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष और पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री आरसीपी सिंह (RCP Singh) कभी मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार (CM Nitish Kumar) के दाहिने हाथ थे. पार्टी में उनकी खूब चलती थी. अब इसी पार्टी ने आरसीपी सिंह की मुश्किलें बढ़ा दी हैं. मीडिया में उनकी अकूत संपत्ति की खबर आने के बाद जेडीयू का कोई भी नेता इस पर बयान नहीं दे रहा है. हालांकि इस मामले की पार्टी में शिकायत करने वाले और रहुई प्रखंड (नालंदा) के जेडीयू अध्यक्ष संजय कुमार पटेल उर्फ राकेश कुमार ने शनिवार को एक और चौंकाने वाला खुलासा किया है.
दरअसल, संजय कुमार पटेल उर्फ राकेश कुमार ने ही पार्टी के प्रदेश नेतृत्व को लिखित में इस संबंध में आवेदन दिया था. आवेदन के जरिए शीर्ष नेतृत्व को इसकी जानकारी दी गई कि पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री आरसीपी सिंह ने नालंदा जिले के अस्थावां ब्लॉक में 40 बीघा, इस्लामपुर ब्लॉक में 30 बीघा, राजगीर और बिहार ब्लॉक में भी इनके नाम या इनके परिवार के नाम पर काफी जमीन है. 2013 से 2022 तक अकूत संपत्ति बनाई गई है जो कि मुख्यमंत्री के जीरो टॉलरेंस के विपरीत है. सबूत के साथ आए इसी शिकायत के बाद आरसीपी सिंह से जवाब मांगा गया है.
