Fashion designer Vivienne Westwood, art historian Matt Lodder and other stars take us on an irreverent tour of the Kunsthistorisches Museum in Vienna. The museum, housed in a palatial building and crowned with an octagonal dome, was opened in 1891 by Emperor Franz Joseph I. It houses art treasure from all over Europe and beyond. We take a close look at the impressive collections of paintings from art superstars like Breugel, Carravagio and Valázquez. And we hear how the museum survived the political turmoil and World Wars of the twentieth century.
