With tutorial. This is a glitch that allows you to go down the well in District and live. Normal Mode must be enabled, and you must have the freeze jump and last stand. Heres the text tutorial.
1. Get the freeze jump ready
2. Jump down district well
3. Once near the bottom, freeze yourself, then un-freeze
Once in the glitch, have fun!
