This model is named after and to pay tribute to Robert Croft, the renowned free-diver. In 1967, he became the first person to free dive beyond 200ft. Being from a navy background and serving for the US Navy as a diving instructor in 1962, he trained marines on deep sea evacuation and submarine escapes. With constant underwater training, Croft was well trained to hold his breath under water for up to 6 minutes.
This timepiece embodies his quality and perseverance. The Croft Mid-Size takes a new form, measuring in at 40mm – 3mm smaller than the current Croft edition, the case anchors a complete piece of timekeeping, perfectly sized, styled and built to uncompromising codes of nautical engineering. Weighing about 160 grams, and 13.8 mm thick case, this timepiece is water resistant up till 15 ATM making it a quality dive watch. This case also sports a scratch resistant sapphire lens with anti-reflective coating which matches the 316L Stainless steel with grace.
