In this BBQ video, I cook a whole chicken on my Weber Jumbo Joe charcoal grill. I seasoned the chicken with Tajin Clasico Seasoning and then cooked it for 2 hours and 20 minutes until the internal temperature reached 165 degrees F. I used Royal Oak Lump Charcoal and left the grill vents wide open. Cooking times will vary depending on the size of your chicken and temperature of your grill.
