When K. Chandrashekar Rao met Sonia Gandhi yesterday, it was termed a meet to thank her for express passing of the T-Bill though rumours were floating about the possible merger of the TRS with the Congress. He apparently gave her a wish list which might be up for negotiation. KCR's meet with RaGa this morning only fuels this rumour further.
