The Government of Zimbabwe has started a very important conversation on the devolution of power. This is a concept that traditionally used to be divisive. However, it now has great potential for building national consensus on how governance can work for the people, as well as bridging the gap between the leaders and the community they serve. As such, this is a conversation that everyone must be a part of.
