I got the 'original' midi from a pack of Megaman 2 midis, so I don't know exactly who it was made by, sorry!
This edit stripped and merged the original midi down from 7 tracks to 2, and removing a few notes that worked as an echo effect that - while kinda cool in the original - didn't sound or play right on one track.
