On the 11th of December 1917 Britain liberated Jerusalem from the Turks. Jerusalem was divided between Israel and Jordan with the Old City on the Jordan side. 50 years (jubilee) later during the
‘6 day war’ June 5th - 10th in 1967, the Jews defeated the combined forces of Egypt, Syria & Jordan & captured Jerusalem.
2017 is 50 years (jubilee) further on. A further event in Jerusalem??
