It's private property and forbidden to go inside but many locals and tourist will try to explore regardless. Many tour buses will stop next to the hotel. If anyone ever decides to enter, be very careful since the hotel is falling apart. It's definitely a surreal experience and gives you some very nice scenic scenery views.
