This is my 7th go at Ambient Modular, I'm starting to use youtube as a running diary now. I used an iPhone on a Joby tripod and bent it around my shoulder and neck for the video recording, and Logic X for audio. The camera made working on the modular a bit difficult, but it was a good try, I guess.
I'm learning to weave melodies together with textures. Controlling the ideas, and mixing on the fly is a lot harder than it is in my imagination, but this was the best go at it so far.
The whole patch was done moments before the recording, Some of the melodies where in memory, others where put together during the tuning process, and I did my best to preform some of it too. Thanks for watching/listening.
