A: DB Bench Press - 4 sets, 10 reps (final set double dropset)
B: Seated Cable Fly - 4 sets, 10 reps
C: DB Pullover - 3 sets, 12 reps
D: Machine Incline Press - 3 sets, 10-12 reps
E1: Machine Tricep Dip - 3 sets, 10 reps
E2: Rope Extension - 12 reps
